The introduction of our exclusive Core™ product line allowed us to offer you our own brand of Zirconia with an expanded range of indications including shaded single crown and bridge frameworks; Implant abutments; and Core Resin. Core™ features:
- High quality Zirconia, isostatically pressed giving superior strength & fit.
- Fully supported ceramics using digital cut back technology.
- Widest range of indications available: Inlays, onlays, Maryland type bridge, veneers, bridge units up to full arch & implant custom abutments.
Virtual design software allows us to design a fully integrated screw or cement retained Zirconia custom abutment from an optically scanned model. Custom abutments and support frameworks are available fully anatomically contoured and coloured for most implant systems.

Our resin frameworks and full contour crowns are 100% ash free when burned out, so they can be used in the traditional lost wax technique for large span bridgework or gold shell crowns. Alternatively, they could be used with pressing techniques for ceramics. Our Resin core can be supplied as an individual product for a scanned model or as a fully contour resin crown on top of your Zirconia Core framework to be used in pressing.
